Scott Hartman, our Bar Manager and Master Mixologist, got his start in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher at age 17. Twenty one years later, he still enjoys the industry, but spends his time crafting cocktails rather than washing the glasses they're served in. Inspired by his mother, who worked in a liquor store when he was growing up and showed him how the Tanqueray bottle is designed like an old British fire hydrant, Scott has always loved the history and lore behind spirits. Scott’s favorite part of bartending is meeting guests from all walks of life and building lasting relationships with them. With eight years of experience working in Montana and Colorado and 11 years of experience in Las Vegas, Scott has received numerous awards for his work including winner, "Best Margarita", Patron 2008; winner, "Best Beverage Program", Las Vegas Weekly, 2009 and 2010; second place "Best Manhattan", Woodford Reserve 2010; and "Best Bloody Mary", Las Vegas Weekly 2012 and 2013.
