We are committed
to bringing you only the finest and freshest foods available,
carefully prepared and artfully presented. We choose only
fresh, locally caught fish such as that brought to us by
Dan Hendricks at the Columbia River Fish Factory, and feature
it on our daily specials sheet. In this manner, we can
provide you with the freshest Oregon seafood. This is the
same philosophy we use with all our menu items, selecting
produce and products from local organic farmers and purveyors
such as Tom Herron at Growing Life Farms. We are happy
to answer any questions you may have regarding the menu
or specific item preparation.
